夕方食堂

今回は視聴者様に教えて頂いた鯖缶を使って一人ランチを作ってみました！
この鯖缶、オリーブオイル漬けになっておりそのままでも非常に美味しい味になってます
ペペロンチーノで食べるのが美味しそうでしたが今回はクリームソースと合わせてドリアに！
他にもトマトソースと合わせたり、カレーにしても美味しいそうなので
また違う味わいで食べてみたいと思います！Ｗ

☆鯖クリームドリア☆
サヴァ缶　1缶　/　ほうれん草　2株
しめじ　1/2P　/　ミニトマト　3個
ごはん　適量（ケチャップ少々）
＊バター15g/小麦粉大さじ2
＊牛乳250cc/水適量
ブラックペッパー少々/塩　少々
コンソメキューブ1個/醤油　少々
ピザ用チーズ適量/パセリ少々
